In Nove Vysocany construction of the apartments project Harfa Park has started
The BAK company started the first stage of construction of the apartment project Harfa Park. Three new multilevel buildings will be developed within two years not far from the river Rokytka. The investor of this project is the development company Finep.
In the new project 101 apartment units will be available from the smaller layout of a one-bedroom with kitchenette up to the spaciously designed four room plus kitchenette model. The price per square metre starts from 38.000 CZK (excluding VAT). The great advantage of the location Nove Vysocany is the ideal transport situation. People can travel by public transport on the suburban train line or it is also convenient by car on the link by ring roads from Prague. The surroundings of Harfa Park provide good civic amenities such as a medical centre, school, kindergarten, supermarkets, restaurants and a solarium. Nearby is also the multifunctional O2 Arena centre.
The first stage of the project Halfa Park in Nove Vysocany is harmoniously framed according to nature. "Project Harfa Park is an ideal choice for everyone who likes to live within reach of the centre but also likes their own peace and quiet and well being. As emerged from our research, customers care a lot about their surrounding environment and that is why we try to meet their needs when choosing a location. From every apartment in Harfa Park the view is to the countryside , either from the balcony, terrace, loggia or front yard. Nove Vysocany is also an ideal living arrangement for everyone who likes to relax with outdoor sports, " adds Petra Kopecka, spokeswoman of FINEP company.
Harfa Park is a continuation of three previous successful stages of development by FINEP in Prague 9. The last completed project is Nova Harfa III with 393 apartments which had final building approval at the end of 2008. The first two stages of Nova Harfa I. and II had already been completed in 2007 and all together they consist of 1091 apartment units.
