The new gearbox plant will be added to the existing M2 hall. The total built-up area of the plant is 32 000 square meters.

The modern direct shift gearbox  will be used in vehicles of the ŠKODA brand, but also in models built by Volkswagen, Seat, and Audi. With the new production of components, the Czech manufacturer secures the future of the Vrchlabí plant, where the models Roomster und Octavia are being assembled at this time.
