The construction of the six-storey polyfunctional building is the last stage of the Modřanka residential complex. It is a new apartment building with a kindergarten on the first floor and three commercial units. There are 41 residential units varying from 1kk to 4kk and 9 accommodation units from the second to sixth floor. The building has two underground floors, with 49 parking spaces.
The investor of the project, Horizon Holding, is our long-term business partner since 2010 and has already executed many successful residential projects in Prague.
