Our company is acting as the general contractor for the extension and modernization of the four-star Hotel Botanique in the Karlín district of Prague
The project includes the construction of a new hotel wing with 48 rooms. The building is designed with an emphasis on sustainability, the use of natural materials, and energy efficiency. The contract also includes a complete renovation of the common areas and the food & beverage facilities in the original hotel building, completing the overall modernization of the property, which currently offers 214 rooms
Hotel Botanique has long promoted its eco-friendly “Be Green” concept, which includes minimizing plastic waste, supporting local suppliers, and conducting ESG audits.
