Our company has been selected to carry out one of the most significant projects of the Silesian University in Opava – the construction of the Center for Entrepreneurship, Professional and International Studies (CEPIS) in Karviná.
The project will be implemented using the design & build method, which includes the complete provision of all phases – from creating project documentation and obtaining permits to the actual construction. The result will be a modern building that, starting in the 2027/2028 academic year, will provide top-quality facilities for up to 400 students.
The building will be designed with a strong emphasis on environmental friendliness, meeting the highest standards of low-energy construction, and utilizing renewable energy sources. This project will thus become a major contribution to the sustainable development of the region and the promotion of high-quality education.
