We are pleased to announce that our company is actively involved in the construction of the new four-story P+R Opatov parking garage. This strategic infrastructure project will improve transport accessibility and enhance daily mobility comfort for thousands of residents and visitors to the capital.
The parking structure will offer a total of 495 spaces, including 10 spaces reserved for people with disabilities, 43 spaces for vehicles running on CNG or LPG, and several charging stations for electric vehicles. The facility will also include a space for 32 bicycles.
The project emphasizes not only functionality but also the quality of public space. Next to the building, a new park with a quiet zone will be created, and the green roof of the structure will be accessible to the public. The entire area will be barrier-free and seamlessly integrated into the urban environment.
