As the general contractor, we are carrying out the expansion and modernization of the four-star Hotel Botanique in the Karlín district of Prague.
The project includes the construction of a new hotel wing with 48 rooms. The building is designed with a focus on sustainability, the use of natural materials, and energy efficiency. The contract also includes the complete renovation of the common areas and food & beverage facilities in the original hotel building, completing the overall modernization of the property, which currently offers 214 rooms.
Hotel Botanique has long embraced its eco-friendly “Be Green” concept, which includes minimizing plastic waste, supporting local suppliers, and conducting ESG audits.
