Residence Juliska – new construction of apartment buildings in Prague 6

We have started works on the construction of a new residential project – Residence Juliska, a project developed by the experienced Prague developer Penta Real Estate. A trio of elegant residential buildings will be built in Juliska area, sensitively located at the edge of a green hillside. The project includes, among other amenities, a private courtyard with greenery, a children’s playground, or a workout and relaxation zone. There will be a total of 79 apartments with various layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk with beautiful views in three apartment buildings on six floors. The common underground floor will offer convenient parking spaces in garage and plenty of cellars. Estimated completion of the project is planned for spring 2024.
