In March 2025, we launched an extensive renovation project of the Sadová Café in Františkovy Lázně. This project blends the restoration of historical buildings with modern architecture and the creation of new public spaces.
Construction work is being carried out on three structures:
- Café (SO 002) – new layout, masonry remediation, new roof truss, and a monolithic staircase to the basement
- Social Hall (SO 003) – layout modifications, structural stabilization, and construction of a technical basement
- Entrance Pavilion (SO 001) – a new structure made of lightweight steel and glass, replacing the original triumphal arch and creating an open entrance to the garden.
The renovation is being implemented using the design & build method, and the project also includes complete interior furnishings. The result will be a modern cultural and social center that preserves the historical value of the site while offering new possibilities for use.
